MedDiet at “Alexandria in Action!".

On the 27th of February 1000 visitors participated in the Family Day promoting a healthy and Mediterranean Lifestyle in the Alexandria Sporting Club.

The MedDiet cooking competition drew 24 participants to compete in teams working with a Mystery Basket in front of huge audience and guided by the famous TV Chef Wesam. 
 

By the end of the competition there were three winning teams:
3. Samer Ahmed & Amira Ahmed who won a cookbook of their choice
2. Maysoon Elwan & Ahmed Turk who won a cooking course
1. Manal Abdel Moneim & Sohad Hosni won a two-nights trip to El-Fayoum, including an intensive cooking course.
 

But the participants of the MED Diet cooking competition were not the only ones to learn about cooking and the Mediterranean Diet that day. In the BBQ cooking class round100 guests of different age groups learned how to BBQ the Mediterranean way.
