Meddiet 5th Steering Committee Meeting 22-23 April Beirut, Lebanon

The MedDiet Project Mediterranean Diet and enhancement of traditional foodstuff  financed by the European Union through the ENPI CBC MED Programme, organised its 5th Steering Committee on the 23rd of April 2015 at Gefinor Rotana Hotel in Beirut. 

A management meeting was also held on the 22nd of April during which the project coordinators has examined some pending issues which was discussed and approved in the second day by the Steering Committee. 
During those two days, the 13 partners discussed the work progress in the 6 regions involved and planned the future actions. 
Among the future actions, the most relevant is the participation at Milan expo 2015 aiming to promote the Mediterranean Diet and traditional productions.
